None/Not RequiredJoin Collins Aerospace as a Data Analyst. You will work with the Product Performance Team, who is responsible for the reporting of and management of reliability data on Collins Aerospace Power and Controls components in service. This role will be an integral member of the team, responsible for managing reliability programs. The role calls for a strong communicator, attention to details, understanding of data management, and experience with reliability data.
This position will be at our Aguadilla, PR location. You must be residing in Puerto Rico at the time of starting employment. Relocation is not offered.
This role is categorized as hybrid, with 3 days onsite and 2 days remote following the schedule assigned by the Manager.
What YOU will do:
- Reliability metrics focal point for commercial aerospace programs
- Collaborate with multifunctional groups to set programs requirements and deliverables cadence per contractual agreements
- Maintain program reliability records and report and publish data regularly
- Collaborate with multifunctional groups to assure reliability data integrity, completeness and on time delivery
- Lead/Support continuous improvement activities
- Support internal/external customer reliability related ad-hoc requests
- Perform data quality checks
- Understand context of technical data and how to appropriately normalize data into business metrics
- Perform statistical analysis to quantify completeness and validity
- Coordinate with overall team for any data needs

Qualifications you must have:
- Typically requires a university degree unless prohibited by local laws/regulations and 2 years prior relevant experience.
- Demonstrated professional experience communicating in English (verbal and written).
- U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.
Qualifications We Prefer:
- Aerospace industry experience
- Experience navigating competing priorities, achieving the highest level of engagement, and delivering successful outcomes in critical situations
- Knowledge/Experience in Agile methodologies
- Experience with data management in MS Excel
- Knowledge in visualization tools
- Knowledge of Database and SQL
