This role is at Spirit AeroSystems, Inc. a wholly owned subsidiary of The Boeing Company, supporting Spirit’s Commercial Business Units (“Spirit Commercial”). Spirit Commercial designs and builds commercial aerostructures, including for Boeing Commercial Airplanes, one of Boeing’s three business units and the premier manufacturer of commercial jetliners for decades. Spirit Commercial’s core products include fuselages, pylons, nacelles and wing components, with a focus on innovative composite and aluminum manufacturing solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provides direct support to multiple executives and site Leadership team
- Performs various tasks contributing to office organization and efficiency.
- Prepares and distributes correspondence, reports, forms, and presentations; manages phone calls, email and access to executive; schedules and coordinates meetings and business travel.
- Must be able to work under pressure and handle confidential matters with discretion.
- Exercises good judgment with strong written and verbal communication and ability to maintain a realistic balance among multiple priorities.
- Event and visitor management, including but not limited to badging, escorting, agendas, bios, catering
- Must be able to anticipate needs, have a positive jump right in attitude
- Must be able to multitask with strong organizational skills
- Propensity to model and encourage fair, respectful, and positive etiquette
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills and Experience):
- High School Diploma and/or GED
- 10+ years of related experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Experience supporting senior leadership and/or corporate executives.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule
Preferred:
- Associate or Bachelors degree
- Experience working in a confidential environment
- Experience coordinating domestic and international travel
- IAAP certification is preferred

Summary Pay Range: $62,750-$96,200
