Come join Lockheed Martin’s engineering team supporting the Space Development Agency’s portfolio at Lockheed Martin Space. These critical systems provide missile warning, missile tracking, missile defense, and communications capabilities. You will join an elite team to develop cutting edge technical capabilities for our customers utilizing groundbreaking model-based systems engineering (MBSE), web-based documentation and continuous integration continuous development (CI/CD) pipelines.

Lockheed Martin seeks a talented Electrical Design Integration Engineer to join the team in one of the following locations:
• Highlands Ranch, CO
• Littleton, CO

In this role, your primary responsibilities will include:
• Portfolio Support
o Provides delegate support for Electrical Systems Engineer (ESE)
o Coordinates updates and lessons learned across ESE Roles and Tranches
o Manage and decompose of system/subsystem/component specs
o Manage ICDs
o Review EIDPs and other Subcontract materials
• Design, Modeling & Analysis
o Build/Release Power Analysis for all scenarios
o Manage Power Control Board
o Develop Loads table
o Develop Electrical compatibility analysis
o Build/Release Channelization
o Review/Approve harness assemblies
o Manage Fault Management Plan and FDIR definition
• Integration, Test & Operations
o Develop and review ATLO Test Plan(s) and Test Procedure(s)
o Manage EMRB/FRB/Qnotes/UVFs
o Support SV Product Certs
o Develop and review Recommended Operating Procedures
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelors degree in an Engineering, Computer Science, or closely related subject area, or equivalent experience

• Experience with one or more Systems Engineering functions including:
a) System trade studies, CONOPS, and/or System modeling
b) Requirements, Interface Control Document (ICD), or Interface Definition Document (IDD) development
c) System Integration, Fault Management, Test and/or Verification
d) Test planning and execution with an understanding of all the interdependencies

• Ability to Obtain TS/SCI. Thus US Citizenship is required
Desired Skills:
• 5+ years experience with spacecraft or ground system architecture design, development, integration, test, with knowledge of space, missile and launch systems at the component through system level

• Ability to communicate and coordinate work as one team with common goals

• Experience in the development CONOPS, Operator Handbooks, or other Systems Engineering Documentation
• Knowledge of Model-Based Systems Engineering tools (Cameo, Rhapsody, etc)

• Experience with a software scripting/programming language (e.g. Python, HTML, Matlab, Visual Basic, C/C++, etc.)

• Experience with Agile workflows and software (Jira, GitLab)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong social skills, and ability to build consensus among peers while building solid relationships with team members

• Demonstrated behaviors of a systems thinker with the ability to select and apply appropriate systems thinking skills to solve problems and implement constructive change

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 9x80 every other Friday off
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $89,300 - $157,550. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidates work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as spanet and business considerations when extending an offer.

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
This position is incentive plan eligible.
