Job Description

  • Lead and coordinate engineering projects and work packages from initiation through completion, ensuring alignment with business objectives, customer requirements, and engineering standards.
  • Manage project scope, schedule, risks, actions, and deliverables to ensure commitments are achieved on time and within budget.
  • Serve as the primary focal point between Engineering, Program Management, and other stakeholders.
  • Coordinate engineering activities related to product development, sustaining engineering, engineering changes, customer requests, and technical issue resolution.
  • Support and monitor Engineering Change Requests (ECRs), Engineering Change Orders (ECOs), Design Change Requests (DCRs), Quality Notifications (QNs), and other engineering workflow processes.
  • Facilitate project reviews, status meetings, and stakeholder communications, ensuring timely escalation and resolution of issues.
  • Track project performance, resource utilization, risks, and key milestones, and prepare management reports and presentations.
  • Support demand and capacity planning activities and help prioritize work across multiple projects and stakeholders.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve project execution, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with company processes, quality requirements, and applicable regulatory standards.


Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Engineering or related technical discipline.
  • 3–5 years of experience in project engineering, project management, engineering operations, or related technical coordination roles.
  • Experience managing project scope, schedule, risks, actions, and stakeholder communications.
  • Experience supporting engineering change management processes such as ECRs, ECOs, DCRs, QNs, or similar workflows.
  • Strong organizational, planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to coordinate effectively across cross-functional and global teams.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Project.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in aerospace, manufacturing, engineering services, or a related industry.
  • Familiarity with project management, engineering lifecycle, and configuration management processes.
  • Experience using tools such as Jira, Teamcenter, SAP, Primavera P6, Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent project and engineering management systems.
  • Knowledge of quality, change management, and issue-resolution processes.
  • Experience working with global customers, suppliers, and cross-site engineering teams.
  • PMP, CAPM, Agile, or equivalent project management certification is a plus.
  • Continuous improvement mindset with experience driving process and operational improvements.
