As Senior Operations Manager, you will serve as a key leader responsible for ensuring our CSC operates at peak performance safely, efficiently, and on time. You’ll oversee multiple departments, lead large and diverse teams (including union environments), and turn strategy into execution in a time‑sensitive, customer‑critical operation. • 5+ years of progressive leadership experience in airline catering, food manufacturing, hospitality operations, logistics, or similar high‑volume environments • Proven success leading multi‑department, cross‑functional operations • Experience managing performance, budgets, and operational planning • Working knowledge of Lean manufacturing or continuous improvement • Strong people leadership skills, including employee and union relations • Clear, confident communication and executive presence • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent operational leadership experience • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and business systems
