* Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education from an accredited course of study in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry (e.g., Bachelor’s degree) and typically 9 or more years of related work experience OR an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g., PhD + 3 years, Master’s degree + 7 years of related work experience). In the USA, ABET accreditation is the preferred, although not required, accreditation standard.
* Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology, chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science.
* Level 4: 9+ years of work-related experience with a Bachelor’s degree, or 7+ years of work-related experience with a Master’s degree, or work-related experience with a PhD.
* Must be a U.S. Citizen. Preferred Skills
* Bachelor’s degree or higher in Aerospace, Civil, or Mechanical Engineering.
* Experience supporting defense and/or aerospace customers.
* Experience with composite fabrication.
* Experience with 3D model-based instruction.
* Experience with tools such as IVT, CREO, CATIA, MES, Gold, PrimeR, Aurora, VisVSA, DELMIA, VisMockup, ProModel, FlexSim, ICIDO.
* Experience with Manufacturing Execution System Common Image (MESCi).
* Active Secret Clearance. Job Duties & Functions
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations leadership, and quality, to support manufacturing processes.
* Support daily build plans and identify and remove production constraints.
* Utilize data analysis to identify opportunities for production improvement.
* Implement quality and producibility improvement initiatives.
* Streamline processes to improve efficiency, quality, and delivery timelines.
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives using engineering principles and data insights.
* Participate in design reviews and provide input on manufacturability and assembly. Physical Requirements & Environment
