Description:You will be the Manufacturing Support Team Member for the MFC Mechanical Manufacturing Team. Our team is responsible for machining, welding, painting, and assembling mechanical parts used for multiple programs, playing a critical role in bringing our products to life.

What You Will Be Doing
As the Manufacturing Support Team Member, you will be responsible for providing support to ensure the efficient production of mechanical parts, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive results. Your responsibilities will include:
• Creating and implementing process improvements to increase productivity and quality
• Documenting and maintaining accurate records of production activities
• Leading and participating in teams to resolve production issues and optimize workflows
• Collaborating with engineers and other stakeholders to ensure design for manufacturability

Basic Qualifications:
•Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline with 3+ years of professional experience, or equivalent experience/combined education
•Proficient in Microsoft Office
•Manufacturing experience
•Knowledge of lean manufacturing techniques
•Promote continuous improvement using data-driven decision-making processes
Desired Skills:
•Ability to innovate and improve product flow
•Strong computer skills
•Ability to drive Root Cause and Corrective Actions (RCCA)

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
