Tasks
Your main tasks include, among others:
- Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment and information
- Support Line manager with processes & data protection responsibilities as assigned
- Liase with project manager to provide frameworks for project activities and identify needed resources
- Break projects into doable actions and set timeframes and milestones
- Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management
- Manage project life cycle
- Appropriate stakeholder management
- Help prepare project budgets
- Analyse risks and opportunities
- Oversee project procurement management
- Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise
- Ensure project goals are delivered on time and on budget
- Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants
- Work with the project manager to eliminate blockers
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports, and presentations

Requirements
The ideal Projects Coordinator should meet the following requirements:
- Proven work experience
- Experience in project management, from conception to delivery
- An ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules and step-by-step action plans
- Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies including the Scrum Framework
- Good negotiation and decision making skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to act as a scrum master (servant leader/mediator/ facilitator)
- Scrum master certification is a plus
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Project and JIRA
- Hands-on experience with project management tools
- Pro-active approach to problem solving
- Strategic in approach: understands and addresses inter-dependencies and real issues
- Team player
- Experience in Aviation is a plus
- BSc in Business Administration or project management related field
