Description
As affiliated legal entities of Textron Aviation, Paris Cessna Citation Service Centerbelong to the world leading company in manufacturing and maintaining Business Jets and Private Aircrafts. We are a network of Maintenance and Repair Organizations with approximately 400 employees across Europe, specialized to perform high quality maintenance, repairs and installations on the entire Cessna, Hawker and Beechcraft product family.
For our team in Paris, we are seeking a highly qualified and motivated TWork Preparator/Scheduler to ensure the availability of all necessary data/information in order to service aircraft or supply components in coordination with all the pertinent departments involved in the maintenance.
1. Opening SO and work package preparation
2. Parts ordering when the revision is prepared
3. Verification of tooling availability.
4. SO paperwork review & preparation
5. Repairs management & preparation
6. Liaise with planning and hangar to prepare and schedule the maintenance visit
7. Initiate PIRM (Preliminary Input Review Meeting) to analyze futur major maintenance
Qualifications
From a 2 years diploma, you have an experience on a similar function.
Ability to work in a small team.Planning and organizational skills.Dynamic personality.Solution driven and structured way of working.Microsoft Office package good skills.Proven communication skillsS/O creation, SQK txt.English skills
